Maloney's brand of mixology is inspired by everything from camping trips to van Gogh paintings while remaining grounded in classic ingredients and techniques. A veteran of the bar Milk & Honey, Maloney is both the managing partner at the Jazz Age-inspired Violet Hour cocktail lounge in Chicago and the mastermind of the drinks menu at the nautical-dive-bar-inspired Rusty Knot in New York.
