Working closely with an expanded client team (including R&D and key stakeholders), we assess these opportunity areas and idea sparks relative to their marketplace potential, viability/technical feasibility in terms of corporate capabilities, and fit with brand equity and/or current product portfolio. This step – checking in with real-world constraints and considerations – ensures that only ideas with the most potential move forward.
