Our goal – to refresh and optimize the Lactaid brand's overall positioning – led us to a key insight (speed of action = the key consumer desire) and new technologies that could help us deliver against it. The end result: a consumer-compelling new dairy supplement, Lactaid FastAct, the introduction of which helped drive the brand's 2008 sales up almost 7% over the previous year.
